Who we are

This website is operated by DL Wealth Pty Ltd as trustee for the DLK Family Trust (ABN 92 860 283 839). For a privacy question or request, use our contact form and select ‘Privacy question or request’.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect your name and email address, your company and phone number if you choose to give them, the topic you select and your message.

This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry and to discuss the support you asked about. We do not use them for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Where it goes

The website is hosted on Cloudflare. When you send the form, your enquiry goes to our enquiry service, which is provided by Your Build and also runs on Cloudflare.

The enquiry service emails your enquiry to the website operator. An operational copy goes to dev@wolf-ai.com.au for website support. Shu Borad and his AI assistants, Hal and Claude, can access that mailbox. Hal and Claude read that mailbox when Shu requests. The email comes from enquiries@yourbuild.ai, and replies go to the email address you gave. Email delivery creates a copy of your enquiry in those inboxes.

A copy of your enquiry is also kept in the enquiry service's records on Cloudflare and in our customer records system, which is hosted by Convex in Sydney, Australia.

To limit spam, the enquiry service caps how many enquiries it accepts each day. Your IP address is not sent to the enquiry service or saved with your enquiry.

The website’s form submission process does not use AI.

How long we keep it

The enquiry service deletes records on its next run after 24 months have passed since their last update. We keep the copy in our customer records for as long as we need it to respond to you and to manage any work that follows.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by using our contact form and selecting ‘Privacy question or request’.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
